Loved almost every detail, including staff and drinks, they were very good! The a la carte restaurant for breakfast and the main bar.

Everything there were perfect, including easy check-in in the room. The restaurant was outstanding, great service, outstanding food. The room was terrific and spotless with a view, and I loved it.

Some people working there were extremely unfriendly.

The hotel was brand-new, the room was terrific and well-appointed, had essentials for a very enjoyable stay. The seaside restaurant was good with plenty of meals in the menu.

It was luxurious time in Akumal. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent bedroom. Professionalism from the whole staff. The venue provided a bar in the lobby.

It was a brilliant experience in a professional hotel. Room was big and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. Staff really helpfull & were more than helpful until we checked out. The poolside bar in the venue had lots of refreshing coffee and tea throughout the day. The location was fab, right by the beach and a reef.

Lovely design, sweet staff, brilliant location. Budget & convenient room with complimentary Wi-Fi, TV and terrace. My breakfast was outstanding. They had a smooth check-in too.

I loved staying in this calmadults only hotel. The breakfast here was exclusive with omelet station. Amazing customer service provided. Lobby was beautiful;)))

We greatly enjoyed this handicap accessible hotel, and we would book here again. Unique location, magnificent view from luxurious rooms. Variety of various drinks, such as beers and tea in the bar.

Everything was perfectly fine and clean enough, I loved food and location. They made my stay terrific. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and it was great having climate control and terrace. Gorgeous lobby. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was marvellous.

The room was spotless, breakfast was fine and the staff terrific. Service was superb there too.

We were there for 7 nights, overall had a special stay. Plenty of supplies in the room : air conditioning and terrace. That was absolutely gorgeous hotel set in resort area. Lobby bar and heated pool.

The staff were very efficient, the location unbeatable and the room perfectly fine. Well-stocked breakfast, attentive service. Loved lobby bar & cold drinks.

Best resort experience. The property was great, as you can expect from Akumal. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Visited their restaurant Bordeaux couple of times.

We chose this resort for its EXCELLENT location. It was based near to a beautiful beach. We appreciated the very good buffet breakfast.

We enjoyed the room, it was large. A gym for guests.
